well im a girl who realy cnt stay way frm food && tv. dis doesnt mean tat i dnt study . i do ! but im just getting fatter && fatter.. so i have found sme ways to keep myself fit! && i wanna share them with u .
we need lots of exercise plg bnyk! and u mind ure food. instead of fataining food try to eat fruits
for diner like green appples. or drink lots of juices. make sure u have enough protein and vitamin in ure body. and do lots of activities.
if ure worried bout sunburn, no prob ? jus ask ure mom hw to relax ure face with any vege faccials.
trust me its realy relaxing! so im starting my diet . but on certain days, when i cant control myself , i do eat all of my mums cooking.. which are the best ever.. so start this yoo!
